Update on XPS 13/15 2016 Developer Edition availability

We're on it and making progress, i promise.  So close I can taste it ;) 

Leave him be. If Barton pre-licking all the keyboards gets the machines shipped quicker, I'll take my chances.

If you can influence it, could you please make sure it's a real US keyboard, the one with the "horizontal" return/enter key. I often get a UK keyboard with a "vertical" return/enter key when I select a US keyboard. And that is really really annoying, because then the return/enter key is often missed when trying to hit it.

Dell Greece seems oblivious to the Developer Edition and Dell UK doesn't ship outside UK, I'm doomed :(

I note that the recommended HDMI/Ethernet/VGA adapter for the 2016 XPS 13 isn't the USB-C one (unlike the 15 and 12).  Does either work on linux?

It seems they are now shown on the be and nl websites , 3 models in total .

The first model with the i5 ( BNX9333 on be site and on CNX9333 on the nl site)

Do you know why they have different model number (country related ? weird no ? :) )

Also it seems that I can not choose the keyboard layout on the belgium version and on the NL site it is mentioned it is the VS/International version.

Also a colleague of me was wondering if there is also an i5 with 16 GB RAM on the drawing board :)

I think I can live with the 8 GB version, just curious about the different model numbers

So  the difference is BNX9333 is Business ... and  CNX9333 , Customer / home ... :)

Still curious if there is a i5 version with 16GB on the drawing board :)

Thanks for update Barton! I can see now an option to pick US keyboard on dell.ch, but when I choose it, I get an error and I can't put the laptop into the cart. (note: the only other options I can change is warranty and accidental protection, which should have no impact on this).
