Wanted Help To Fix An Unexpected Error

Hello,

I have installed Mac OS X in my dell laptop some months ago, but now, whenever I use to mount other created partitions on my lappy, it is delivering me an error message as "No mountable File System." but all the parttion are still working on the same machine on Windows 7. Also I have found some manual steps to resolve the issues on it, but confused to opt it or not. if someone here is well aware of this issue, then help me justifying these steps to be trustworty to me or not. the steps are here:
