XPS 9370 DE back to Windows - 1.4 to 1.3.3 driver downgrade?

I recently moved my XPS 9370 back to Windows from Ubuntu 18.04. I received a technical updates saying there was an BIOS update categorized as urgent available. When I go to upgrade it says:

Should I downgrade? Did Linux also get a FW/BIOS downgrade?
