Hey buddy I have the exact same problem
Can you assist me please ?
this is my service tag I cant see the 1 HDD. ( )

If faced with a similar situation, I would want to know if the HDD was bad or the computer.
I would want to know:
- If it was detected in BIOS
- If it tested good in ePSA Diagnostics
I would then likely proceed to remove the HDD, and then either
- Install in different computer to test, or
- Connect to external-USB HDD enclosure, USB dock, or inexpensive USB-HDD-Tester
Once you can get it to detect and appear to Windows, I would run this to test it:
