Alien M14x Function Key 'Alien FX' not working.. how to fix?

Question

I recently had to reimage my pc; and lost all the original Alienware software and functionality. I downloaded back the software that is available but for some reason the 3rd function key from top right of the keyboard labeled Alien FX doesn't work? Is there a way to get this functionality back?

Hi,  Try installing the OSD driver and then check if the function keys respond. Click here for the OSD driver download link (this version is only for the Alienware M14x R1).
