AlienFX & Microsoft Zune

Question

I use a Microsoft Zune HD (please - no flak from the Apple fans).  Everytime I start the Zune software AlienFX toggles.  When I start Zune, AlienFX will shutdown and the system tray status icon will indicate that AlienFX has done so  - all case lights go out.  If I close Zune and then restart Zune, then AlienFX will start up again.  If I shut down Zune and restart it again, AlienFX shuts down again.  And so on, and so on - on, off, on, off, on, off, on, off. I have not done any customization (event triggers) for AlienFX. Can anybody explain why this is happening?

Try and right click the Alien Head Icon for the Command Center  and uncheck the enable 3rd party AlienFX access.   Hehe you bought a Zune...

This did not fix the same issue that I am experiencing with the Zune software and AlienFX. Any other suggestions?

I also use the Zune- make sure  ' enable 3rd party ' is checked. My lights stay on now.

That feature is unchecked. I restarted and the problem persists. Everytime I run Zune, AlienFX shuts off.
