Try and right click the Alien Head Icon for the Command Center and uncheck the enable 3rd party AlienFX access.

This did not fix the same issue that I am experiencing with the Zune software and AlienFX. Any other suggestions?

I also use the Zune- make sure " enable 3rd party " is checked. My lights stay on now.

That feature is unchecked. I restarted and the problem persists.
Everytime I run Zune, AlienFX shuts off.
