Alienware 13 Laptop USB drives not working
I recently got my Alienware 13 laptop for University, but 2-3 weeks ago the USB ports (all four of them) have stopped responding. They wont recognize my mouse, flash drives, or anything else that I plug in. I haven't found any formus less that a year old on the problem and I'm looking for help.

To better assist you, please confirm which Windows operating system you are running with your system. Also, make sure you have the latest Bios firmware installed, click here for the download link.
