Alienware 14 touchpad not working.
Hello, I am having troubles with my Alienware 14 touch pad light. The configuration in the BIOS is set to "on". I have tried reinstalling AlienFX centre and even reformatting my hard drive, but to no avail. Any support on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to install the Synaptics Touchpad Driver?

You can try to disable and enable the touch pad with FN+F11 and if the issue persists you might be facing a hardware problem.

FN + F11 doesn't work either. My issue is odd. When my computer turns on after going to sleep, the mouse does not work. Even after re-starting it, some days it still won't work.
