Alienware 15 cant change lighting of keyboard
I brought a AW 15 laptop last year, and everything work well with Win 8.1 system. However after i update my system to Win10 some problem happened. i cant change the light of my keyboard. I made change of the lighting by AlienFX and apply the changes, but the keyboard just keep the same and i tried to us FN +F12 to turn off the light, it does show a notice the alienFX is disabled on the screen, but the keyboard still keep the same. Meantime all other functions like alienFusion, alenwareTactX and alienAdrenaline work properly.
There is also a following notice was shown on the screen and i do what it said but it just sill doesnt work
There was an error while AlienFX Controller was communicating with the computer. This might have been caused due to a problem with the hardware or the software.Try these solutions to correct the issue, in the following order:
- Try to enable AlienFX Controller again. Right-click on the AlienFX icon in the Windows notification area and select 'Enable Alienware AlienFX'.
- Shut down your computer and power it back on.
If neither of these solutions works, please contact Alienware technical support.
This error may also be caused if Alienware AlienFX software is installed on a computer without the proper hardware support for Alienware AlienFX.

Bios Version: A06
AW CC Version: 4.0.54

Thanks for your reply, and i also apology for i just saw this message. Im gonna do what you said, but i get another question, the cpu of my laptop is I7-4720HQ and Theoretically it could turbo to 3.6Ghz, however it seems the it was limited to only 2.6Ghz, and when i look though the Bios setting, there is no setting for Intel Trubo

And also i cant uninstall .net framework 4.5, it was not shown in control panel, but when i try to install the .net framework 4.5, it said "it was already part of operating system. I didnt see .net framework 3.5 in control panel neither, in addition after i open the setup for .net framework 3.5 it will show a system notification" do you want to allow this app to change your computer" and i click yes. But nothing happened next.

I tried to skip uninstall the net framework and then uninstall the CC, but it doesn't help
