Alienware 15 heating issue

Question

Hi guys i have Alienware 15 Gtx 970m and for the past week or so i noticed my laptop becoming very hot whenever i plug the charger in and specially the area  around the charger input and today to be sure i opened SupportAssist and i found this message [ Hard Drive Temperature ; this device is abnormally warm (65c) you may want to power down the device to allow it to cool below the warning threshold temperature (65c) ] any help please
