Alienware 15 high CPU temperature
Hi!
My CPU temperature is always on higher side. It reaches up to 97C within few minutes of gaming. During idle also its usually around 60C.
I've used all the BIOS from A00 to A06 but there is no improvement .
My system is CPU: 4710 HQ with GTX 970M GPU.
The GPU temperature on the other hand remains lower at around 71C max.
Please help me regarding issue. Is anyone else is also having same problem?

Having the same exact problem now my external mouse (razer naga 2015) and my touchscreen wont work either along with that i cant shut of my Alien FX

How did you confirm that mouse and display not working due to temperature issue?
What is the current status of your laptop?
Did you contact support?
I have one more problem that there is no dell technical support in my country.
