Alienware 15 R2 AlienFX not working properly
Hello,
Recently, iv'e noticed that my power button LED (Light 1 in Alienware command center) was not working. It isn't lighting up whether the laptop is charging or not.
Iv'e also noticed that my LEDs take a lot longer to start up/light up. Normally, they would light up during the BIOS screen; but recently, its been taking a lot longer. Every other light works perfectly fine, except for the power button.
The laptop is just 4 months old. Iv'e tried reinstalling Alienware Command Center, and also tried a System Restore, but nothing happened. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi,
Check this article and follow the troubleshooting steps:
Run the AlienFX tester to check if ZONE 1 lights up. Uninstall and reinstall the command center by following ALL the steps on the: How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center article.
And also check the Dimmed or No Lights section.
