Alienware 17 issues HELP

I have owned this alienware 17 laptop for almost 2 years for gaming. I have been having issues playing any games because my pc is always overheating. it has become impossible to play any demanding games (overwatch mainly). i would really like help with my overheating issue i clean my laptop so that is not the problem. If anyone can help thx
