Alienware 17 R2 is stuck at Alienware head logo screen!
I just bought this computer about a week ago. But this morning when I turned it on, it gets stuck after the screen with f2 and f12 options. I ran a hardware diagnostic test but no issues were found.
What is the problem with my computer?
Is there anyway to fix it?

Have you tried booting to the recovery options? To better assist you, please confirm which Windows operating system you are running with your system.
