So just to confirm, you ran the ePSA/Diagnostic test from the Boot menu and there no errors correct? Did you try any of the options in the Startup Settings menu?
Yes, I watched the video, just wanted to confirm if the changes that you made (creating a new boot entry) were saved properly or do you have to access the Bios again when you restart?

yes there are no ePSA error result from the diagnostic. What do you mean startup settings menu?

Ok, in the video that you shared, there is an option to press F8 to view the startup settings, did you try accessing that menu?

there is NO F8, others are experiencing the same issue from the youtube comment.

this problem is still not fixed. please work on this alienware. the 17 R3 is not even a year old.
I am sure this is a bios issue.
today i remove the 1tb mechanical, windows load from the 256gb SSD without any issue.
