Alienware 17r3 Not detecting external monitors.

Question

I have tried to use multiple displays and all have not been detected by windows 10 looking at intel 530 and gtx 970m control panels shows no external but I can actually project an image to external tv and monitor....? why would I be able to run dual display but it is not detected I tried detecting it via display setting but nothing.

Correct nvidia control panel and intel control panel do not detect the monitor. Also I try to detect it via display settings screen and nothing.

Please try the following steps:

Uninstall NVIDIA graphics driver. You can use Revo uninstaller to make sure is removed from Programs & Features, Registry files and your C Drive.
Uninstall Intel graphics driver
Install latest system BIOS. (Restart required)
Reinstall Intel graphics driver from our website. (Restart required)
Reinstall NVIDIA graphics driver from here. (Restart required)
