Alienware 18 Part List Numbers
Hello I need this parts:
1. Left And Right heatsink for Video Card
2. Thermal Pads for this 2 heatsink
3. ribbon Cable from motherboard to Palmrest (CARD READER board) 60Pin
4. ribbon Cable from motherboard to Palmrest (CARD READER board) 30PIn
Can you please give me the Parts numbers...
And Question:
1. Part number is the same in all counties ?
2. Where I can make the order and buy this parts. I'm in Germany...

Unfortunately, there's no Dell part numbers for the GTX 880M yet. Once I have this information I can give you an update, just send me a private message as reminder.
The thermal modules for the GTX 780M are:
Part#
Description
HTXFC
THERMAL MODULE (LEFT)
TJ6G8
THERMAL MODULE (RIGHT)
Part# H3VYP is for the entire Card Reader assembly. This includes a 30 pin cable while the other cable is attached to your Palmrest.

And thermal pads are included with thermal module or ?
I can't find exactly size of therm and I need it.

This part is also for the entire assembly. It's specifically for the NVIDIA GTX 780M on the Alienware 18, so there shouldn't be any problems with the size of it.

Hi!
The part numbers change depending on your system's configuration. I recommend you go to the Support website, enter your Service Tag and go under System Configuration to find a list of all the part numbers included in your order. Once you have the part number you can check the Dell Shop or third party sites for the parts you need.

Below is the part# for the Card Reader board (there's no part# for the cable alone). For the Heatsink and Thermal Pad part# I need to know which Video Card you have.
These parts aren't for sale in the Dell Shop online, I recommend you call Technical Support in your region so they can help you find replacement parts for sale.

This is with 2 ribbon cables one is 30 Pin and another 60 pin right ?
