Alienware 18 vs M18x size comparison
Hi all. I just bought the Alienware 18 and I am looking for a laptop sleeve that will fit it for added protection when I shove it in my vindicator briefcase bag. I have located a couple that are known to fit the old M18x. Does anyone know if these two laptops have the same dimensions? If not, which is bigger and by how much?
Also, I'm open to any tips on what sleeves are available for the Alienware 18 (other than Amazon because they only offer 2 choices and one is questionable and the other takes too long for shipping). Thanks.

well off the top of my head il measure my M18X R2 ..
rough size in inches
2 1/8 thick
12 3/4 inches depth(front to back)
17 1/8 left to right
Alienware 18 rough demensions
2.3-inch
12.9
18
so the newer 18 is slightly larger
the sleeve I got with the m18X R2 has some extra space its not tight in the sleeve
