Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.
Also, try running a video card stress test and CPU stress test. Follow the steps below to do this.
Open Support Assist
Click on the Checkup option
Click Run Custom Scan
Click on the Nvidia/AMD card / Select the CPU Stress Test
Select the Stress Test option
If you do not have Support Assist installed, click here for the download link. Let me know how high the GPU/CPU temperature goes in the stress test.
I've already done so. Peak GPU 67C. I have Speedfan installed as well, and on my own, non-diagnostic checks, I've seen it run at 71C according to that program.
Please run CPU stress test and let me know how it goes!
For CPU stress test:
If you do not have Support Assist installed in your computer, click here for the download link. Follow the steps below to run the stress test.
Download and install Dell Support Assist
Open Dell Support Assist
Click Checkup
Click Scan a Specific Device
Click System Devices
Select the CPU Stress Test and Run it. This Test will load the CPU and Ram to 100% and test it. It will make enough heat to determine if the processor is overheating or not.

All drivers are up to date.
Test results:

Update: on my weekly WoW raid, speedfan is reporting GPU temps between 70C and 83C.
