Alienware Aurora Case lights changing when running games
Hi all,
Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong place, please move it if that is the case.
I got my Alienware Aurora delivered yesterday and booted up battlefield 3 to try it out. Now my case lights are the auqa colour ( so light bluey green) but when in bf3 they changed to orange and sometimes white, i also found it would go red if I was getting shot.
My first thought was there was an issue with temperature and it was their way of telling me about it, but after watching it for a bit longer it seem to respond to things happening in game.
Does anyone know why the lights change the way they do? should I be worried?
If there is a way to control this that would also be great to know.
Thanks

I cannot move it. You will need to post in the Alienware Forum HERE.

My Alienware laptop does this as well. The computer recognizes what's going on in the game and the light respond to it.
When you're at the spawn screen, the light will alternate between blue and orange (Battlefield 3's colors) and when you're at full health, they will be a whitish color and as your health decreases it will go from white, to a solid red and as your health goes down even lower, the light will begin to flash.
You should not be worried.
I imagine there is a way to control this, but I do not know how it is done.
