Have error codes:

Smart self Short test: whd16-nrk

What specific Alienware Aurora revision (1/2/3/4) ? That sounds like a hard disk drive failure. Do all of the hard disk drives appear in the bios?

For the Bios, restart, press F2. You should see the service tag on the main screen. The other screens will list the hardware.
