Alienware aurora problem
I'll be using my Alienware aurora and the usb disconnect and connect noice pops up and my pc freezes or lags for about 2-3 seconds, sometimes it doesnt happen often, then it'll happen a lot in like 5 miniutes.
At first I thought it was bluetooth because messages popped up saying bluetooth device isn't found or bluewtooth radio error so i deleted bluetooth but it still does it.

Try disconnecting all USB devices except for the (Dell supplied) Keyboard and Mouse (and those 2 should be connected to the back ports).
Is it a newer SandyBridge based R3 model? This user had a similar problem:

Even if you don't have that exact internal PCIe WiFi card, un-install any additional add-in cards you might have. If two R3s have this problem (and must use this extreme "work-around") ... I would hope Dell is listening and working on a fix.

And I assume you don't have any add-in cards (just your video card).
If it still does it with ONLY the monitor, Dell USB keyboard, and Dell USB mouse (all plugged into the back) ...
1. Is the machine getting good power (preferrably from a UPS) ?
2. Do all Dell Diagnostics tests pass?
3. Have you tried Windows Safe-Mode?
You could (disconnect your existing HDD) connect a spare hard-drive and clean install Win-7 and all drivers (or install to another partition ... if you know how to do that). With a clean install of Windows, that should eliminate any possible software or OS problems. If it still does it, your motherboard (or some other part) might be going out (hardware problem). Are you still under warranty ?
