Alienware Aurora R4 - Beeps, ram issues when power up
Hello!
I have an Alienware Aurora R4. It's ca. 5 years old. Apart from a broken fan everything worked.
Now after waking the pc up from hibernation and immediatley shutting it down it never came to the bios screen when turning it on. The pc beeps 2 times and then infinitely 4 times. This means ram issues I think. So I switched and mixed the ram several times but it still doesn't go to the bios screen.
Everything looks good(platines) and nothing smells.
What should I do? Let a technician replace the main board. Or some other tips?

I gave the computer to a technician. He tested even completley new and working ram. Then he switched the cmks battery. Nothing helps. So we both conclude that the fault is the mainboard.
A new one from Dell costs 550€!! Ridicules. An used and 'refurbished' one 250€. So not to risk compatibility issues I bought this 250€ mainboard. I handed the mainboard to the technician. He said he will probably be finished by today afternoon.
