alienware aurora r4 Black screen

Hi guys i get black screen when i watch full screen videos anywhere i go hope some1 can help me

intel i7 3930k @ 3.2ghz overclock at 4.2ghz

amd radeon hd 7870 in crossfire

16g ram 1600mhz

256 SSD

power supply 850w

Does it happen when trying to watch online videos only? or local videos too?

Any kind of videos  youtube ,netflix even dvd and blueray i just watch 1 on youtube and when i put it to 1080p it when black and purple i got a scrrenshot but i dont how to put it on here

The overcooked! Is it 'Factory'' setting. Or your own?

If it 's your. Set it back to what it was.

sorry for the typo up there its Factory its the level 2 OC that i have fist core at 41 and the others are set up at 38

Try a clean reinstallation of the graphics driver, and also update all the CODECs and the Adobe flash player, here´s an article that will help you with the driver reinstallation:

Thanks for the help but i found out that it was the connector for the crossfire that had a problem i switch with a new 1 and my benchmark on heavens went from 1436 to 2789 and the black screens are gone thanks again :)
