Alienware Aurora R4 Fan and Temperature issue
Recently the fans in my aurora are becoming extremely loud, especially when I start playing games. Even games such as league of legends which my computer shouldn't have a problem running cause this. After using CPUID HWMonitor to check the temperatures and the fan speeds I noticed that two of the fans (Fanin01 and Fanin02) were running at around 6000rpm but the other fan (Fanin00) was at around 4000rpm, this seemed weird as the Tempin00 was at 100 degrees compared to the other two been temperatures sensors were at around 50 degrees. After seeing this I went inside the computer to try and identify any obvious problems, as well as cleaning it out. The fan noise isn't as bad now but when I looked at HWMonitor again I noticed the same pattern that the tempreture of tempin00 was alot higher than but the fan speed of fanin00 was lower than the others. I just want to know if there is something obvious that I could fix myself or whether I should contact some support and get someone to have a look at it. I also had a problem where my mouse Icon suddenly turned into a "half-fish bone" which is a problem with the graphics card I thought that I would mention this as it may be something to do with the issue.
Here is a picture of the HWMonitor when my computer is idle, when running games it goes up to around 70-80 degrees.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
The problem does't seem to be related to overheating as it's normal for them to raise while playing games.
Try the troubleshooting steps in this article and let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for the reply,
I have seen this article before and have tried re installing as well as repairing the command center a multiple of times. I know the temperatures are supposed to rise when gaming but since the problem has occurred the temperatures have risen to 100 degrees + which is a dangerous amount. I have had my PC for 2 years now and this has never been a problem, I think my best option here is to directly contact support as this seems to be a hardware issue.

Yes, if the temperatures reach a 100 degrees C you should contact Tech Support to open a Service Request.
