You can try to uninstall the video card driver, download the latest driver you find in the Dell support site or in the Nvidia website and install it again.

In addition you can try to flash the BIOS to the latest one you find in the support site as well.

I have checked on the dell website I am all up to date and it still happens

What are the temperatures when the system is idle and stressed up?

GPU Idle is 20c and under lode is 40c GPU idle is 25c and under lode is 75c

I think what  Alienware-Milena meant was what is your CPU temperature at idle and under load.. Your symptoms are sign of a CPU reaching it's max and not having the ability to cool off even when throttling back.

If you let the PC stay off for a while when this starts happening, does it boot up OK? If so than this would be a pretty good indication that you have a cooling problem.

Sorry made a mistake CPU Idle is 20c and under lode is 40c Video card idle is 25c and under lode is 75c I think its my video card overheating and that is whats making it reboot.

When it reboots everything is OK and the temp goes back down to 25c

I will recommend you to check if the system is getting blue screens check out this video it will show you how to find error codes or you can download this program that it will help you finding error codes as well.

I have looked and the is no blue screens errors. What should i do now?
