Alienware command center 15 r2

This is the driver that you need to install, if you open the page you'll see 2 different file formats, install the one that says: Hard-Drive.

Follow ALL the steps on the article below (for the uninstall process), make sure the system doesn't have any Command Center file on the registry:

Same issue

it returned to me the incompatibily's error. I've followed all the instruction for cleaning pc.

Could it be because lack of some drivers? Because i also tried  to install alienware ampliefier driver from dell site and it gave me same incompatibily's error
