Alienware Command Center Install error

So I reinstalled windows 7 on my m14x recently, and I want to reinstall alienware command center.  I downloaded the driver file, but when I try to install it, I get an error.  The log looks like this:

Hi!

Make sure you've installed all the drivers in the correct order as explained on this article. The .Net Framework 4.0, 4.5 and DirectX are requirements for the Command Center, so you'll get an error message if you try to install without installing that software first.

I have run into to same situation and cant get the command center to re install correctly and cant find where to get the correct .net frameworks
