Alienware Command Center's problem need help!

and so on, anyone experience it before and how to fix it?
is so frustrated after reformat my alienware M15x and I lost my data safe backup thingy....
The error message's tittle is Microsoft net framework, I think its pretty much connected to netframework problem.
p.s. I've installed netframework 3.5, but it doensn't work for still....
