Alienware Command Centre - AlienFX Not Compatible - Thermal Controls Error

Hi so i've had this Aurora-R4 for about 4 months now, and i've had this problem for a couple of the months. Here are my computer specs:
OS: Windows 7
x64 - bit
i7 - 3.60GHz
8GB RAM
1TB Memory
Graphics Card - GTX 560 Ti

Basically the problem is that i cant access AlienFX or edit in anyway becasue its not 'compatible', and i cant do anything to Thermal Controls at all. Ive also tried uninstalling Alienware Command Centre and reinstalling it, Ive tried to install older versions but nothing has worked.

This is the none compatibility message im getting for AlienFX:

The theme you are opening is not compatible with this computer.
You will not be able to apply the theme.

These are the error messages that im receiving for Thermal Controls:

See:

Trying to down-grade to older version was not a good idea. Hopefully, you didn't go too far back.

I had the exact same problem.

All I did to fix it was to create a new profile. I assume there must have been some corruption in the loaded profile.

I had the same issue with the AlienFX and managing all the colours.

I got mine shipped with Windows 8 64 bit. Perhaps that caused the problems?

Anyway.

It is all working for me now! Yay!  I hope it helps you too.
