Start

Alienware>Command Center

Aliensense>Advanced (tab)

UserDatabase -Highlight YOUR name/login

Click on "delete biometric"

Basically thats how its done, resetting it from "facial recognition" screen

I actually have good news - this is not necessary at all!

AlienSense (and it's Dell cousin FastAccess) use a learning algorithm that keeps learning as you use the software - even after your initial enrollment. Simply log into WIndows with your face visible (the blue "Alienhead" around your face in the video) and AlienSense will automatically acquire new versions of your face and add them to your database. It will actually store up to 100 versions of you look at once. Once you reach 100 it will automatically remove older, less successful versions in favor of newer ones.

In fact deleting your biometric database will typically make your recognition WORSE, not better!

Here's a few relevant FAQs.

Where is the program that I need in order to put my face into the system?

How does the learning algorithm work?

What happens if I put a phone to my ear, take off my glasses, grow a beard or otherwise change my appearance?

Some facial recognition programs allow you to “train” it to your face manually. Why doesn’t FastAccess include this?
