Alienware going into power saving mode randomly.
My alienware is randomly going into power saving mode quite a bit lately. The screen goes black and states that it has entered power saving mode. Could this be from overheating? due to dust in fans or is this a problem that i need to call technical support for. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you

When this happens does the system turns off completely, do you hear the fans spinning and the lights working ?, or is just the monitor that turns off?
