Alienware lights not working! please help!!
The computer was working fine and then we installed windows 7 on it and now everything works but none of the lights come on! We have tried uninstalling it and then installing again and it doesnt work. I have no idea what to do! I have seen other threads and they say there is a certain order to install drivers and everything but I cant find that. Is it possible to ever get them working again?

What kind of machine do you have?

A repair service to fix the issue. This is caused from installing the wrong command center. Dell charged $800 to replace the motherboard! They will fix it including return shipping for 150.00
