Alienware M14x CPU, RAM, and keyboard Issues

So recently i have had some issues with my newish alienwre m14x (got it in the end of november). My CPU tends work extremely hard, even when i have nothing running on the computer at all. My memory (ram) is doing the same thing. Just after a reboot the other day, my fans kicked in on max, and my cpu was clocking at 100 %. My ram also started running at about 64% and all i had open was a word document.  I've called support several times, they took control of my computer, restarted it, and said it was fine, but ive still noticed some issues. I don't know if im being paranoid, or if it is actually a problem. My computer will use around 30% of ram when just doing daily tasks, which seems high to me?
The wirerless on my computer has also been an issue, with my computer sometimes going to limited connectivity, preventing me from doing any online work at all. Dell installed drivers for me, and ran my resource disk, but ever since then, the wireless status indicator in the bottom corner of the task bar fluctuates constantly, going from full, to two, and back to full, whether im next to my router, or in a separate room.

My space bar on my keyboard also is not level, and angles down towards the left side. I havent typed on this keyboard at all, since i have a good gaming external one.  I don't know if this is normal, or if i just have a leveling problem. Any help of advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You could use Dell Recovery to restore the software and OS to Factory original. That will tell you if it's the software or hardware.

Backup data first.

In the future, be carefull about what you install and avoid programs that install resident processes.

As for the keyboard, call phone support and get it replaced under your warranty.
