Alienware M14X problem.

Question

Hello to all, I have had my M14X for just over a year and today I started having a problem that doesn't let me boot. It just comes up with a 'No bootable devices - Please restart system' message. I ran the diagnostic scanner and doing a non thorough scan on both Hard Drive 0 and Hard Drive 1 came up with no errors, I tried doing a thorough scan but it stayed on 10% for ages. I went into the BIOS settings and in the main tab there is the following.. Fixed HDD - TOSHIBA MQO1ABD100 1000GBSATA HDD - MATSHITA DVDRW/BDROM UJ167mSATA Device - SAMSUNG SSD PM830 mSATA 64GB - Windows installed on this drive. When I go into the Boot tab under Boot Device Priority nothing is coming up (so no hdd or cdroms). So I think this is where the problem is. I have tried defaulting the settings but that didn't do anything.
