Alienware M14x R2 battery problems

Okay, so my computer keeps saying plugged in but not charging. I have tried every single troubleshoot, even bought new chargers for the laptop, but i am still having the same problem. My last hope would be buying a new battery but i cant find them anywhere. If they aren't available i guess i will have to have a professional take a look at it.
