Alienware M15x Problems

Hi:

I'm having major problems with my Alienware m15x... which I purchased 9 months ago (still under warranty)...

It's been going very sluggish/stuttery... so I decided to wipe the hard drive - and reinstall Windows again...

I did this... and updated all drivers... bios... windows update...

And it's not performing how it should be. Basic tasks such as browsing the web... youtube... email... is going very slow.
Anyone else having problems?
