Alienware M17 running hot
I've recently bought a new Alienware M17.
I've benchmarked the new beast using games and benchmarks and noticed that the temperature for the GPU is high.
My CPU remains under 75 degrees celcius, but the GPU (880M) has run up to 92 degrees when playing the Witcher 2 and up to 88 degrees when running the 3DMark benchmark.
Considering this is a new laptop, that does seem excessively high.
Any advice?
The specs are as follows:
Intel Core i7-4710MQ Processor
GTX 880m 8 GDDR 5
Intel HD Graphics 4600
16GB DDR3L at 1600MHz
17.3" (439.42 mm) WLED HD+ Anti-Glare Display (1920x 1080)
Windows 8.1
