Alienware M17x Laptop Keyboard not lighting up!

Just had my laptop in for repairs within the last 2 weeks. The disc drive had to be replaced. (It was still under warranty). When I got it back, the keyboard would not light up! Everything else lights up like the logo, # lock, power button, and touch pad, BUT not the keyboard. I am wondering if there is a setting that may have been turned off, because the facial recognition and password was not working either when I got it back.  I finally got my password and facial recognition back on but I can't get the keyboard to light up...
