AlienWare M17x-R2 | Issues

Hello everyone,

Well this is my first Alienware Product purchase, been through a lot of difficulties to get this beast, and was worth it until i faced some issues with it.

Some of em' are:

1. Audio cracks/distortion occurs when there is a change in sound stream.

For example, i play music in WMP, pause it and now start a game, when the game's sound starts, i hear a "Crack Sound" as for the prefix. Which is really very irritating and unpleasant of course.

2. My System hangs with both Audio and CPU when i try to eject a CD/DVD from the drive.

3. My Laptop doesn't want to wake up after Sleep if the Memory is Over-Volted from BIOS.

4. I sometime loose the options to dim the brightness of the LCD after a game was exited or System wakes up from sleep.

PS: I have Updated to Latest drivers from the Support site and Re-installed Windows aswell. No luck though. Any help regarding this issue is really appreciated.
