Alienware M17x R4 BIOS Update Issue (Please Help)
Can anyone please help me with this issue? Please see the attached screenshot. Whenever I try to update my BIOS, I get this error and I don't know how to resolve it.

Is the currently version of the BIOS you have an unlock one? X17 doesn't match with any of our versions.

I don't really know if it's the unlocked version. How can I update to A13?

In that case is not allowing you to make the upgrade because the versions are different.
