From that link you can view and download all drivers. You can also click the blue link next to the laptop image to analyze the system for updates.
From the "unknown hardware" icons in the device manager, you can also right click and try to update the drivers from that point depending on what displays.
I would also double check your BIOS config. Is it showing AHCI or RAID?
im sorry because this is the first time i encounter this..and the missing drive i think it is 128gb... <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> this is my service code..and i dont know what to do..pls provide me the drive and some instructions..thank you so much and may God bless you

esata-not detected
m-sata not detected
how can I fix this one?and also the start up takes to much time..thank you
I am glad to help in any way I can. If it is just a matter of recognizing the hard drives, I would encourage to make sure that BIOS settings are showing "RAID" and then right click on "computer" and click "manage" and then "disk management" and see how many drives are showing up. It may simply just be needed to assign and "activate" a drive.
Yes i am running raid..after installing window...all the colors are ok..i download the intel graphics and the envidia..ang all the drivers in dell using my servicetag..i also run update..but still after a few hours..my graphics went wrong..i try to restart..sometimes its working but sometimes its not...
Only disk 0 with 3 partition..and the cdrom 0..i have also one problem..my graphics become dirty after an hour..and the other drive on bios set up are not detected..i am using a13 bios
Secure boot disabled load legency option rom enabled..
Boot option list uefi..
This is the default..my wimdow is windows 8..ang it is in fat32 format in flash usb..64 bit..and my hdd is in gpt format..
I try to intall it b4 disabling the legency boot but i cannot found any hhd in the installation process so i just only load the default...in my device management..pci device and 1 unknown device is not found in the other device..but i install all the driver at dell..after a minute..my graphics become dirty..and the other hhd where not found..i mean my ssd..how to do this sir?can you please tell me what setting is best with this type of loptop?and what are the drivers i need to install
Before..i try to disable the legency boot..but in the installation orocess i cant find any hhd to where my window will be installed..so i just load the default..and i it goes verry smooth in the installation..my hhd is in gpt format..everything works fine...the speed okey..graphics okey at the firs time..but afteran bours/minutes..become dirty..even manytimes to restart..just like a television with poor signal..sometimes okey but after an hour not okey..the start up takes long time and the ssd not found
It sounds like we may be trying to troubleshoot it as a software issue when there may be more hardware issues at play here.
I would recommend testing an alternate monitor with any display issues. With "dirty" display we need to see if it occurs on an external monitor the same way. The laptop monitor runs through the GPU the PCI the MOBO the Inverters and then the screen. An external Monitor only goes through the GPU, the PCI, the MOBO, and then the connected port. This helps up single out whether it is the built in LCD or if it is something with the GPU or MOBO. You may also try connecting something, like a tablet/game console/roku/or other device through the hdmi-in port. The HDMI IN bypasses the GPU, and only uses the MOBO and the LCD.
Essentially, if the images displayed on an external monitor are good then the LCD screen on the laptop has the fault.
If the External monitor has the same "dirty" image, then it is the MOBO/GPU
If it is the MOBO/GPU at fault, and you test the HDMI IN and get poor performance, we can reasonably rule the MOBO at fault.
If the HDMI IN image is good, then we can rule the GPU at fault.
Overall, it is the process of deduction and elimination. Guess and Check. :)
I would also wonder about the physical arrangement of the hard drives in your system. Your primary drive, with the OS loaded on it, should be installed in the HDD bay that is located (as you look at the bottom of your system) on the bottom right corner, not in the middle. I have the haunting suspicion that it is installed in the HDD Bay in the middle.
Can you let me know where it is physically installed?
On the disk 0 at the bottom..the last volume is where my os installed..right side..i dont understand the first part of ur post and how to do that.the only thing that i understand is the HMDI..but unfortunetely..i dont have my hmdi..can u please provide me any alternative way to fix this..thank you

Click HERE to view the drivers for the r4.
From that link you can view and download all drivers. You can also click the blue link next to the laptop image to analyze the system for updates.

The exact drivers are listed in the link provided in my first posting. The "Serial ATA" drivers are what you want.
RAID is appropriate for the BIOS config.
Update the drivers and let me know how it goes.
Please, for your privacy, avoid posting your service tag or other similar information.
