Alienware M17XR3 Keyboard issues
I currently play the Open Beta of one of Nexon NA's newly acquired games, Dragon's Nest, and I'm having a problem with it on this new computer alone (therefore proving to me that it is a fault with Alienware, and not Nexon, despite Nexon's many shortcomings).
At any given time, I cam be pressing the keys that make my character move, when, instead of making the character move, it instead makes them use a skill (which it is not supposed to do). The only thing I can seem to do to fix it is to mash every key on my keyboard in a frenzy until the keys do what they're supposed to do.
I know that, since it's happening for this game alone, I may not find a solution, but its pretty annoying. is there any way that I can somehow keep my keyboard from messing up my game in the way listed above?

How do you conclude that it is the fault of the keyboard if you say you've only noticed errors during the game? You'd have more of a case if you noticed the keyboard giving you wrong entries when typing for other applications such as anything in firefox, or a word document.
Try searching the game forums and seeing if other users have the same problem. Also - the game is an open beta. It's probably a bug they need to work out.

I have tested it in Firefox, as well as other games. The keyboard works just as its supposed to in other games, and in other applications. It only happens on my Alienware, as well.
