The onscreen keyboard in Windows 7 does not have option to change the color. However, you can use a third party application and use a custom onscreen keyboard with the option to change the colors. You can download an application from the following link: http://bit.ly/Hv9Wx
The keyboard backlight color can be changed from AlienFX in Alien Command Center. Launch the Alien Command Center from “Start Menu” and click on AlienFX. Select the appropriate theme or color and click on “Save Theme” and then on “Apply” for the changes to take place.
