Alienware mx17r2 issues

So, I'm about ready to start banging my head against the wall!

My laptop will not stop freezing. I even took it to a repair shop, they cleaned it out and then couldn't find an OS. It's had a clean install of Windows, and still, I'm having issues. I could be do nothing and come back to the computer and it'll freeze for no apparent reason. I can't update, or repair any drivers that may be corrupted as the system freezes either during install or before downloading. I've tried hitting f12, and of course it says there's no OS.

I'm all out of ideas and about to toss the silly thing.
