Alienware - not working Lights !!! When will be Solution ?

Hello , guys !

 I found much information on internet and here in forum also about not lighting keyboard but no 100% fix this problem. I already 2 weeks looking for solution of this problem. Can anybody tell me when will be it?

What specific model? What troubleshooting have you done?

I tryed many versions of CC , also downloaded a registry fix here in this site , tried to create a new theme - but nothing helps me .

now I downloaded latest CC and after every restart windows , I have a error :

sounds like a dead MIO controller  which will require motherboard replacement ....

why it's should dead , if the notebook is NEW ?
