Lucky you,
in Greece we cannot get a refund or system exchange for true on a brand new 17 R3 system...

NOTE: My system will be picked up by UPS and I will get my money back. According Dell in the Netherlands the problem will not be solved in a week or so. Maybe order a R17 R3 next week...
