Alienware R4
Could some one please help, I have an alienware aurora r4 with the 660 graphics card, I can use windows 8 fine search the web ect ect but every time I load up steam and play a game I get system freeze....?? Does anyone know why this is.

I have done all the following you said, and updated the system drivers, The computer seems to be running ok now ambient sensor 1=21c 2=21c 3=21c the system fan is at 1193 RPM and the CPU pump is running, The PCI fan is 1497 RPM at (1%) and the hard drive fan is at 1024 RPM at (28%) the BIOS is set to A07. The system is running good games are working and all systems are go. Thank you for your time and help. Lee

1. Run the PSA test and memory test, if no errors arise
2. Update the BIOS
3. Update the video drivers
4. Check the system temperatures.
Test your system and let me know how it goes!
