Alienware US Warehouse address??
Hi guys. I own Alienware 17. Got it for a month now, and so far so good, everything is working fine (except for the AC adapter not having any LED's, such a bummer)
But i have few questions. I would love to register my Laptop, but the thing is i bought it locally thru a re-seller here in PH, and it they bought directly to US. So it means i need to transfer my warranty to Asia Pacific. Correct??
I was informed that since it is a retailer product, that i can use the Alienware US Warehouse address. I hope you guys can help me with this, I can't find the warehouse address anywhere. Because i'm also looking to purchase an extended warranty A.S.A.P. no idea if i should buy the extended warranty before i transfer my warranty to AP or buy it now while it's still in US warranty.

BTW. I tried to use chat support, but it says i'm not eligible for that, and i need to call (i was worried i might be charged for a long distance call if i call the 1-800 number since i'm not in US.)

Ask your reseller about the warranty transfer - however, unless the system was purchased with an onsite warranty upgrade, it cannot be transferred internationally. Further, you must be sure the system is sold int he market where you want to register it (systems are only supported where they are available for sale).
Otherwise, any repairs will require a return to the US.

I was informed that all i need was the US Warehouse address, since the store here in PH told me that they called the 1-800 number, and it's pretty dumb for them not to ask it. So here i am asking if someone knows the address, thanks for the info.
My friends who bought it in US had it transferred in Asia Pacific, but the thing is relatives bought it from them so they used a different address. As for me i need the US warehouse address to have it registered. I can't even have it registered.
