Alienware X51 Adding SSD

I've read a couple posts about adding a SSD and fitting it snugly by the optical drive carriage. I bought the SSD and recommended Y-Cable, but have run into a bit of confusion.

Here's the inside of the computer with the current connector that powers the HDD and the optical.

This is the Y-Power Cable I bought that is supposed to replace the current (circled) power cable.

Where I'm confused is that if I replace the current power connector with the one I bought...How does it power/how do I connect all three (HDD, ODD & SSD)?

Unplug the HDD/ODD molex (white) connector from the mobo and plug in the Y-Power cable connector to the mobo instead. Then plug the HDD/ODD connector to the remaining connector of the Y-Power cable. The remaining black Sata connector powers the SSD.

That's it! So simple lol Thankyou for clarifying that for me. I'm up and running!
